Strike – Grapple – Train
New Edge Martial Arts will be offering a 3 hour MMA-based fitness class on Sundays from 1-4pm. The class is $10 for men and women ages 18 and up. Complete with warmups and conditioning exercises, the workout will cover kickboxing and grappling techniques. Stay for up to three hours, or leave early if needed.
The class will be guided by Mr. Jason Fox, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and Tang Soo Do, who also holds rank in Hapkido. He is a regular instructor at New Edge Martial Arts with years of experience training and teaching in the above styles, among others.

*Remember to leave your ego at the door, as in-fighting will not be allowed. All participants will be given respect, regardless of experience, gender, or background. The class is aimed at developing better fitness as well as understanding of martial techniques and skill.
